Getting Started
Assuming one has already downloaded the programs necessary for creating a Gif we shall begin the proper set up. First, the video selection to capture is ready. Frame the first area with greenshot and start the video a second or two before the action you want captured. (Don't worry about unnecessary frames captured. You can edit those initial frames out.)
Let's get started in how you put one of these gifs together. First of all, most of the frames will be there after greenshot takes them. Little will be needed to add to what you capture. Unless you like to animate or place your own slides in is fine by my imagination. If you have a decent upload site to store a good size gif then you probably won't need to fiddle with editing. Weebly site, for the free part, limits uploads to 5MB. Thankfully that is enough to load up the demonstrated gifs. Most of my favorite Gifs I have made tend to run between 5 to 10 MB. The website Yola.com offers up to 15 MB upload limit.
If it is the first time in making a gif and just want to make a quick Gif video then let's start by using a video format that can be captured while playing on your computer screen. Just play the video you want captured if it is from your PC's DVD player, a online video site like Youtube or any other video source that is able to play on your screen.
Next is selecting the settings you prefer for your video.
